Before becoming a doula, I was a circus artist and wilderness guide, in many ways birth work feels like a natural continuation. The common thread has always been showing up for people during vulnerable, emotional, and transformational moments. Guiding bodies as they physically move through challenging new experiences. For over 15 years I have been supporting folks as they navigate experiences that are demanding, unfamiliar, and sometimes unpredictable.
